To lead and supervise a team of electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in industrial environments. The Electrician Foreman ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable codes and project specifications, while coordinating with other trades and project managers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

The roles and responsibilities of an Electrician General Foreman may include, but are not limited to, the following items:

•Supervise and coordinate the activities of multiple electrical foremen and crews across job sites.

•Plan and schedule electrical work to meet project timelines and milestones.

•Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents to guide field execution.

•Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, NFPA 70E, and company safety policies.

•Monitor progress, quality, and productivity, and implement corrective actions as needed.

•Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to resolve conflicts and maintain workflow.

•Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure safety and quality standards are met.

•Manage labor resources, material requisitions, and tool/equipment needs.

•Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance feedback to foremen and electricians.

•Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports, timekeeping, and material usage.

•Report on project timeline, execution, obstacles, delays, inefficiencies, quality, safety and schedule.
