The right candidate must have ten years’ experience in the petrochemical industry or related field, with previous experience as a fieldsupervisor. You will be responsible for all phase of work including, but notlimited to, safety, quality and directing day-to-day activities.
Responsible for understanding allapplicable blueprints, specifications, procedures, work schedules and standardsfor assigned work
Motivate crews through effective teammember relations and strong leadership to meet quantity and qualityexpectations
Resolve problems with Field Supervisorsor crafts timely and fairly
Maintain daily logs to permanentlyrecord all significant project facts, events, conditions, delays, visitors,client communications, commitments, agreements and approvals
Implement scheduling, planning and costcontrol concepts
Monitor manpower needs throughout theproject and ensures that proper qualified team members are on site
Plan work schedule and communicate workrequirements
Coordinate priorities in various areasof the project to ensure the appropriate crews are working on the projectpriorities
Organize and schedule constructionequipment to enhance manpower utilization
Notifies Superintendent and/or ProjectManager of tool, equipment or material needs
Communicate any delays or scopedeviations to the Superintendent and/or client.
You must have previous experience withthe following skills.

The work environment will require you to work in SCBA, specialprotective PPE specific to the unit and working at heights. Extended work hoursmay be required. Exposure to outdoor weather conditions. Must be physicallyable to carry up to 50 lbs. of tools and/or material.
